At Jawahraat Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, we gladly offer a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have a manufacturing fault, damage during delivery, or a major defect.

  • You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item should be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A clear photo or video of the fault must be provided to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the return criteria, please contact us through the Contact Us page or by clicking on the WhatsApp icon shown below. Our support team will verify the issue and provide further instructions.

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide you with the return address. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
